Official "Real Talk" Blog Contest Rules

The “Real Talk” Blog Contest series is conducted in the spirit of Excellence therein; we ask that contestants govern themselves under the same spirit. Please read all rules before making entries into this blog contest as not to come under any false guise or pretenses because of misinterpretations. The focal mission of The Real Talk With Nikki D team is to “leave truth in the atmosphere” at all times. With that we want to inform all contestants of the following rules of our contest:

How To Enter:

Each week for the month of August 2011, Real Talk With Nikki D will post a detailed write-up of that weeks contest guidelines. After following the posted instructions contestants are to enter specified entries in two ways:

1. Contest entries may be left as a comment under(**) the weekly contest post write-up on the Real Talk with Nikki D website (http://realtalkwithnikki.blogspot.com), or

2. Under (**) the weekly contest write-up on The Real Talk With Nikki D Facebook Fan Page.

(**) It is the responsibility of contestants to ensure that their entries are entered under the correct week’s guidelines.

Entry Rules:

• No purchase necessary of prizes, merchandise, etc., and contest is void where prohibited.

• All contest entries must be the original written pieces of the entering contestant. If any work is found to be plagiarized it will be disqualified and not posted as an eligible entry.

• Contest entry eligibility is held at the discretion of the Real Talk With Nikki D staff.

• Contestants of The Real Talk with Nikki D blog contest series must be followers of The Real Talk With Nikki D blog (http://realtalkwithnikki.blogspot.com/) and/or the Real Talk With Nikki D Facebook Fan Page (http://www.facebook.com/nds03#!/pages/Real-Talk-With-Nikki-D/117539518286710).

• Entries without proper identification of the contestant will be ineligible to win prizes

• All contest entries may be used for future marketing, campaign, blog idea, and/or the like, for initiatives conducted by The Real Talk With Nikki D team.

• Credit will be given for works in the capacity of citing authorship of writing pieces when full quotations and/or significantly sizeable portions are used.

• Real Talk With Nikki D is under no legally binding agreement with contest contributors in regards to utilizing proposed blog ideas, concepts, and/or titles.

• All ideas, concepts, and titles used are original creations of the Real Talk with Nikki D team and are not subject to any credential approval; even when used ideas are similar to that of a submitted entry.

• Real Talk With Nikki D reserves the right to use personal discretion in how contest entries are used in future renderings.

Contest Winners:

• All winners will be announced and notified via email and/or social networks at the close of the blog contest.

• Real Talk with Nikki D staff and their family members are not eligible to enter “Real Talk” Blog Contests

• Winners of The Real Talk With Nikki D blog contest will be notified by email and prizes will be shipped out in the month following the closing of the contest.

• If winners fail to notify staff of shipping address information via email or social networks within a week of winning notification they forfeit the prize, and our staff will randomly choose another winner.

• Real Talk With Nikki D is not an affiliate of any of the companies and or brands that are distributed as prizes.

• Contest winners are chosen randomly by Real Talk With Nikki D staff unless otherwise noted as different in the blog contest’s weekly description write-up.
